The Board of UTM Offshore Limited is determined by highly distinguished professionals in their various field of learning, who have at one point in time been associated with maritime operations, shipping Management and Administrations. The day to day running of the company is in the hands of the management team made up of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) and experienced management team.

Pharm. Sam Nda-Isaiah –

An alumnus of the University of Ife (Obafemi Awolowo University) where he attained his degree in Pharmacy. A renaissance man whose pursuit for knowledge led him to attain various degrees and certificates after his graduation, among others, he is an alumnus of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore and the School of International and Public Affairs of Columbia University, New York. He was appointed by the Kano State government to revive “The Triumph” which was a state-owned newspaper, his contribution and execution further spurred him to establish the “Leadership Group” where he etched his name in history. A serial entrepreneur who transformed the print media industry and made an indelible impact. He chairs Leadership Holdings Ltd, Quantum Assets Ltd, Oakhouse Forte Ltd, Allan Woods Ltd, Free Press Ltd, The Outsource Company Ltd (an international call center), Grayston 77 Limited, PPSG Group, KhromePay Ltd, AllFarms Ltd, Graham Foggs Ltd, Fort Agra Ltd, World Wide Canine Nigeria Ltd, Palm Rock Ltd, Mineral House Ltd, Plural Holdings Ltd, Leadership Wealth Ltd, Robertsham Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa and Leadership House Ltd, the investment company, Abuja Beijing Consensus(ABC). Mr. Julius D. Rone | OFR –

An alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife and the University of Calabar where he attained his Advance Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration respectively. A seasoned administrator with vast experience spanning over a decade in the public sector. He is a member of several professional bodies and philanthropic organizations. Mr. Rone, came on board as Charge De’ Affairs of the UTM Group of companies, viz: Water Petroleum Limited; UTM Dredging Limited; UTM Offshore Limited; UTM Engineering and Construction Limited: UTM Properties Limited; UTM Logistics and Marine Services Limited; MWS Allied Services Limited; SBM Limited; UTM Ghana Limited; UTM-CTK Ghana Limited. A seasoned businessman and a renowned philanthropy, Mr Rone holds membership portfolio in the following professional bodies viz: The Institute of Directors (IoD); American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP); American Management Association (AMA); International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) USA; Association of Associate Executives (AAE) etc. Mr. Rone is married with children.

Mr. Luke Ogechukwukamma Anele: LL.B –

Mr. Luke Anele is an alumnus of then College of Technology Nekede, Owerri (now Federal Polytechnic) where he obtained his HND Chemical Engineering. He later read Law at the University of Benin, Benin City for his LLB(Hons) degree. He started his working career in NNPC Petrochemical Division in 1985 and his working career spanned through many Departments and Subsidiaries of NNPC. Before his retirement in March 2020, he worked in Production, Commercial/Marketing, Human Resources, Admin Services, Materials Management and Business Development. Mr. Anele attended various Management Development Trainings and Workshops in Nigeria and different parts of the world. A highly motivated self-starter, who has acquired varied competencies in Laboratory Services, Production, Commercial, Legal, Human Resources, Administration, Procurement/Materials Management, Policy Review, Improvement and Implementation in NNPC, supported by my qualifications in Engineering and Law. A good team-player, always open to new knowledge and has propensity for change, exhibits high level of flexibility and mobility, communicates effectively and loves higher challenges. Played key leadership roles in some NNPC sponsored activities. Mr. Anele retired from NNPC as the Managing Director of Nigerian Pipeline and Storage Company Ltd, he is married with children.

Barrister Alec Utieyin-Scott: Ph.D., LL.M, FCILG, FIMC, CMC –                                                                                                                                                                           GROUP GENERAL COUNSEL/COMPANY SECRETARY

An alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the University of Benin. Barrister Alec Utieyin- Scott is the Principal Partner of Alex Scott and Partners. Mr. Bemigho Scott-Emuakpor: Ph.D., FCILG, FIMC, CMC –

An alumnus of the University of Lagos. Mr. Scott is a resource person par excellent who had worked and held responsible positions in the public and private sectors. A recipient of international and local professional courses spanning hours of classroom instructions, conferences, and seminars. A distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, USA (FCILG); Fellow of the International Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC); A Certified Management Consultant (CMC);  A Media, Crisis and Community Relations practitioner with membership portfolios in several professional and regulatory bodies which includes but not limited to The Institute of Directors (IoD); International Law Association (ILA); Chartered Institute of Nigerian Bankers (CIBN); International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) USA; American Management Association (AMA); American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP); CEB Corporate Leadership Council; International Safety Quality Environment Management Association (ISQEMA); Amnesty International; Friends of the Earth Nigeria / Environmental Rights Action to mention but these few. Mr. Terence Etareri Dafiaghor –

A graduate of Political Science, from the University of Ilorin, Mr. Dafiaghor is a Marine-Services Administrator of repute; with over ten years of cognate experience in the provision of marine services, management and practical skills in service. He is highly skilled and proficient in marine logistics and transportation planning, business development, contract negotiations, planning, community relations, procurement planning and sourcing. Mr. Dafiaghor is a recipient of international and local professional courses spanning over 1000 man-hours of classroom instructions, conferences and seminars. He is married with children.

Mr. Babatunde Agbede mba, mbf –

graduate from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He holds Master of Business Administration, Finance (MBA, Finance) and an expert in Business Operations, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Commercial activities, Procurement, Logistics, Project Management, etc. He has led various teams to develop solutions for local and international projects for various multinationals. He was the pioneer British Airways Regional Account Manager for Abuja and Northern Nigeria, and later Key Account Manager, Nigeria. He is reputed have helped the airline build its market share in Nigeria and grow its northern Nigeria schedule from 3 times a week to now daily – winning as part of the Commercial Team “The Commercial Win of the Year Award for 2004” (which is British Airways’s highest commercial award). He is a student member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr Babatunde Agbede is dynamic, focused, articulate, brilliant, and resourceful. He is happily married with children.

Mr. Ukpong Dan Umoh –

A graduate of Marketing from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. Mr. U. D. Umoh is an astute manager of human and material resources who had held various managerial positions in the oil and gas industry. With cognate experience in government, public and private industrial relationship.

Mr. Ernest Akpelu –

Is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration of the same university. An active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). A Chartered Accountant. Mr Akpelu is an astute manager of 17 years post-graduation work experience in accountancy, finance, audit, corporate administration and financial consulting. Mr. Akpelu is married with children.

Mr. Victor

Has 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas-Offshore Construction and Marine Industry. He is Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM, ISPS standards and HSE management systems. He is a proven experience safety manager with Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines and Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies. He has good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment with excellent organizational and motivational skills outstanding attention to detail and observation ability Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronic from the federal polytechnic Idah,Kogi State Possess certification in; NEBOSH INTERNATIONAL GENERAL CERTIFICATE; OSHAS OFFSHORE OIL & GAS SAFETY 1; OSHAS OFFSHORE OIL & GAS SAFETY 11; OSHAS FIRE PREVENTION PLAN

A graduate of Environmental Protection and Resource Management, from the University of Calabar, Mrs. Gloria is a human resource and a strategic planning manager of great repute; with over ten years of cognate experience in the provision of human resource and administrative management. She is highly skilled and proficient in planning and sourcing, administration, job designations and human management. Mrs. Gloria is married with children.
